Information we collect
When you place a bid we collect the display name you enter and the X (Twitter) profile URL you submit. We do not require an account, email address, or password to use TopSpot.
How we use your information
Your display name and X profile link are shown publicly on the featured board, exactly as you submitted them. We use this information only to operate the leaderboard and display the total bid pool.
Public visibility
Bids are public by design. Anyone visiting TopSpot can see your display name, profile link, bid amount, and the time your bid was placed. Do not submit information you do not want to be public.
Payments
When payments are enabled, payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We only record the bid amount associated with your entry.
Data retention
Bids remain on the board and in our records while the platform operates. You may contact the site owner to request removal of your entry.
Third-party services
TopSpot links to X (Twitter) profiles but is not affiliated with X. Your use of X is governed by X's own privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
